Movement Exploration Session

Service Description

The Body keeps the score and it never tells a lie. In this session we use somatic, mind-body practice to explore our nonverbal connections to solution-various tools and techniques that anyone can implement into their everyday routine to live balanced and with bliss. Coaching session include a plan created for care and wellness along with exploration of the body that leaves us feeling less anxious/depressed/defeated and more motivation, elevated in mood and focused.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that it is 24 hours prior to your appointment. With a 24 hour cancellation, you may receive a full refund for your appointment. Same day cancellations, no shows and no calls under the 24 hour cancellation policy are subject to a cost of service fee and will be invoiced for the appointment missed. The individual may not schedule another appointment until the service fee is paid in full.
