About the Course
This course will get you started in your Yoga session practice. For beginners and experts, you will explore ways in which Yoga based principles can support your wellness plan and move your body into a place of synchrony and alignment in the goals that you set for yourself.

Pay attention to your body and listen if you feel any moments of pain or misalignments
- Be sure to have some water for hydration, a towel if needed and wear comfortable clothing for this module.
No Yoga experience needed. Simply move at your own pace.
